Skiing in Štrbské Pleso
Štrbské Pleso is a famous ski resort for both downhill and cross-country skiing. It is situated in the High Tatras in a national park. This particular area won the LonelyPlanet Award for the best place in Europe.
The resort lays at altitudes of 1380-1880 m a.s.l. and offers various slopes both for beginner and intermediate skiers.
As for cross-country skiers it offers qualitative, lit and snow-bound trails with exceptional scenery.
